Vehicle prices displayed on our website are subject to applicable Ontario advertising requirements. Where a vehicle is advertised with a price, Aero Motors will follow applicable all-in pricing requirements. HST and licensing may be additional where permitted and will be clearly identified. Any financing information, payment examples or other estimates displayed on the website are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to credit approval, lender requirements, applicable rates, terms and other conditions.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about the history, condition and features of our vehicles. Certain vehicles may have information relating to previous use, history, condition or other material facts that must be disclosed under applicable law. Any required disclosures will be provided in accordance with Ontario requirements. Customers should review all vehicle information and disclosures carefully and ask questions before entering into a purchase agreement.

Information submitted through our trade-in forms is used to evaluate your vehicle and contact you regarding your request. Submitting a trade-in request does not create an obligation for Aero Motors to purchase the vehicle or provide a specific trade-in value. Any trade-in value provided is subject to verification of the vehicle's condition, history, ownership, mileage and other relevant information. A final trade-in value will be confirmed separately as part of the applicable transaction.

Information provided through a financing request may be used to assist with arranging financing through appropriate financial institutions or lending partners. Submitting a financing request does not guarantee approval, a specific interest rate, payment amount or financing term. All financing is subject to lender approval and the terms of the applicable financing agreement.

When you submit information through our website, you agree that Aero Motors may use that information to respond to your request and provide the services or information you have requested. We may contact you by telephone, email or other communication methods you provide. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
